Looks fabulous! I love the look of the tile on a diagonal. This can't be the first time you have laid tile.

I wish I was that talented, I have other people doing all the work.

A dad and his son did all the tear out, are installing all the carpet and doing the tile cutting and grout work.

They added a 3rd guy who is the expert in putting the tile down.

All of them have jobs during the week and only do this on weekends to make some extra $$.
