So bear with me--might be a bit long but looking for help from a frustrated owner....
SO bought our 990 a few months back--love it but there is one issue with it I wanna get working..
Prior owner had removed the slide motor/mounting bracket and drive shaft so I have ZERO info to search for replacement parts (Aka a motor number ect.)..
So after lots of searching nothing.
Contacted AF(email) and got this info Power Gear standard slide #2501000004 but they no longer had info regarding it since LCI had purchased power gear.
So I contacted LCI and apparently that number is no good and I will need to get the actual number off the slide. Anybody know if there is a tag on the slide someplace?

What year is your camper?
I have a 2019 990.
Is there someplace you need me to look for some nameplate info?
If you called Northwood did you ask for the service dept?
The sales guy is not the go to guy.
Call service and ask for Justin. he's good in my experience.

Sounds like you’re looking for used parts or retrofitting whatever is available currently.
Camper hopefully was very cheap.
I’d try AF service dept as well. Maybe you’ll get some good advice

I think I found the info. If you pull the slide in about halfway you can see the tag

2006 and I don't know why it removed the link for the pic (Imgur).
If you run the slide half way in you will see a tag on the face of the right slide and I think thats the number of the slide. Ya I contacted service but they do not keep the info..

For some reason I cannot get the picture from dropbox to show--ugh..
In any case when you run the slide half way in and look at the rails--you will see a label on the face of the right rail and I "think" the number needed is the bottom one. Mine is 41-006898..

So you can still manual crank the slide? That’s good.
If it helps, the AF campers structures haven’t really changed since your model, and slide out mechanisms aren’t camper specific per se, so you just need a motorized slide out system. Not necessarily the same model as was in yours. Great chance the current system in a newer AF fits yours

Is this what you were trying to post?

Oh ya the crank still works but after having the vice grips loosen on our first trip and had the slide walk out going down the road kinda sold the idea of fixing it,lol..
I figured something close might work but I wanted to know what the exact correct motor and go from there. Plus the bracket and drive shaft are also gone.
