Have a flashing light under the sink with a beeping going off. All tenants have been drained. Using electricity. Any thoughts? Thanks

LP detector? Carbon Monoxide detector?
Does it have any identifying label?

Let play guess what that random beeping light is….
Emblethen had a couple great guesses but those aren’t typically “hidden” IE inside a cabinet like the OP described.

^This

On a 2011 trailer a detector likely needs to be replaced, unless an obvious reason for it doing it's job, such as bad appliance combustion, or propane leaking.

Often times, replacement can be every 5-7 years.

What did you drain out of the tenants?

Deal me in - Could this be some electronic system like a charger or inverter?

Or HW that was drained? [emoticon]

Definitely post a picture. I don’t think there would be a propane detector or carbon monoxide detector under a sink.

How to post a picture.

Sounds like an LP detector. It is over 7 years old, replace it
