Hey Guys,
Hoping for some brainstorming!
3 senior dogs
2 adults/ 2 kids
4 bikes
Dispersed camping (gas cans, water cans, cooler)
What are your setups for the pups and bikes attached to the truck?
Prior theft issues have made us adamant about not storing on back of travel trailer.
2500 Silverado with apex nano 208bhs
Tongue weight has us leaning against a tongue mount for bikes
Thought of these 3setups:
1. Hard shell, 3 gunner crates run length of bed, with cans on the other side. Bikes attached to front end of truck
2. Soft shell with rack cage. 3 gunner crates run length of bed, cans attach to rack system, bikes attach to rack system above truck
3. No shell, bike racks across width of the bed. 3 gunner crates run length of bed with some form of inclement weather covering if needed.
Are there other options to consider?
Side note: we relocate for work every two years. This system would only be used once before we realistically would lose our oldest pup.

4 people and 3 dogs in a truck . . . cozy, eh? Sounds like a Class A situation to me, but that's just me.
