Almost every manufacturer makes a Super C which is really just a C on a Diesel Freightliner or other make chassis. I would think a 4wd Super C is pretty custom and niche. Are you sure the conquest is 4wd? I just looked at a few online and they were not. Maybe some like Nexus or Thor majestic on the Ford F550 might come with the 4wd chassis. Hard to imagine where you'd go in a Super C that you would need 4wd without compromising the limits of the house.

A lot of 4x4 RVs and trucks on the soft playa at the BM PRs in Northern Nevada. Many thousands of RVs including my former good heart TT. Yup.

Anything built on a Ford E-Series is 2WD.

Most things built on Ford Transit or MB Sprinter are also 2WD.

Also don’t fit the definition of Super Cs.

I’d say the majority are not. However there are new ones built on class 5 chassis cabs from the big 3 that are 4wd. As well as older F series and Kodiaks.
Never seen a 4wd big boys super C like on a Freightliner M2 chassis but wouldn’t doubt if they exist.

“Are all super C's 4 wheel drive?“

Yes.

All 4 back tires are driven.
