Company who produces the Travelhome( up to 29ft) also makes a convential 5th wheel with slideouts to 30ft. The Travelhome is a non slide , all composite 5th wheeler
Truck is the IVECO Daily. Used as a 5th wheel tug, Motorhome base to 29ft, HotShot Pickup for mining operations, base for Expedition vehicles, a Van and mechanicals for a an IFV Miltary vehicle.

Australia has many unique campers. That truck is their equivalent to a small medium duty pickup here. 29 feet is a huge camper there.most are small, can be pulled by small vehicles and need no weight distribution system. Camping is wonderful there, just watch out for snakes.

Well you do get 36-40ft 5th wheels pulled by mainly Japanese Trucks( their definition of Medium is strange up to 52,000lb GVWR and 100,000lb GCVWR) as well as US HD Pickups
Actually the Caravans do have weight distribution systems. 5th Wheels are pretty rare as many RV's are off road capable and 5th wheels are restricted to where they can go Off Road
Here is a Japanese Light Truck modified to carry a heavy boat towing a US 5th Wheeler. Suspensions of US 5th wheels are changed here for our dirt roads

IVECO Daily good for 35-36ft 5th wheels
you get all sorts of tow vehicles, variety is endless
