We are selling our 2013 Phoenix Cruiser 2350 with slide and are experiencing difficulty determining what it is worth.

Since Phoenix Cruiser back in 2013 was factory direct only and was still owned by the employees, they made only about 100 units a year and probably 90 of those were custom ordered. SO, very few reliable comps are available. Our rig is loaded with all the goodies, always kept garaged when in not in use and low mileage.

JD Power reflects a pricing that seems reasonable to me, but I have had zero experience with their values and therefore my question:

Have other owners found JD Power values to be reasonably on target?

I see a few comparables here...

Why not just decide what it's worth to you, and ask a little more?
If you start high, and the right buyer comes along you ight get high.
If you start low, you usually get low or lower.

Mike. Comments are anecdotal or personal opinions, and worth what you paid for them.

When I sold our 5er I looked at JDPower for their estimated value. Then I googled my year and model for other sites such as rvtrader.com and national listings by individuals and dealers. Keeping in mind that the latter were asking prices and not necessarily the actual sell price, those prices ranged from less than the JDP estimate to near the same to higher than JDP to some that were simply beyond belief higher. Ruling out the latter and guessing many if not most sold for something less than the listed price, I would say JDP is at least a good starting place, maybe listing it a little higher to start. You can always lower your price if it doesn’t sell.
