You can go to any FJ and they will tell you what to do, they also issue new cards, at the store, if lost or damaged.

I had the same issue last time I fueled at Flying J. I am a Lifetime Good Sam member. But not sure what that's good for. They took away the magazine and I get nothing from them anymore.

Do a search here and type just "TSD". I have friends using it for their 5th wheel diesel pickups. Can get great discounts on diesel at TAs, Loves, Speedway etc. They also have a nice app to find best prices. I opened a separate bank acct for reimbursement. They have also been a good company to work with over the past 3.5yrs I've been using the fuel card.

Get the PFJ+ app. It's better than the card and doesn't require a GS membership.

Save 10 cents on every gas gallon
Some of the licensed stations do not honor the 0.10 discount, as I found on a recent trip.

Every time I travel, I use GasBuddy app. I always see that Flying J/Pilot as well as Love's have higher fuel prices than surrounding stations, even with any minimal discount offered by a rewards program.
In other words, their "discount" is a moot point.

That's correct, the licensed locations are not required to honor the discounts and other deals. One quick giveaway that it's a franchise is if only the diesel is PFJ branded, while gasoline is another brand. The app also shows which are which. Fortunately, of the 800+ Pilot and Flying J travel centers, only a fairly small number are franchisees or licensees.

I haven't fueled in a truck stop for years. Their prices for diesel are always notably higher than local service stations.
