I know that problems will be caused if you try to run 2 A/Cs while on a 30 Amp service, but will there be any problem running 1 A/C & using the microwave at the same time & should the water heater be placed on gas, while using the 30 Amp service?

I've kicked a campground loop breaker running one AC and the microwave at the same time on 30A.

Marginal. AC will draw 12-15A typically, microwave 10-12, so if you have much of anything else on, may trip the 30A breaker. Or if microwave is on, AC off, and AC starts, short term draw may trip breaker. Water heater absolutely must be on gas if your doing this, water heater on electric draws 15A or so,
Now if you also have a AC fridge.... your really pushing the limit and absorption fridge should be on gas as well.
If your batteries are fully charged and not much 12V running, your good on that respect but if you have much 12V draw or battery discharged the battery charger could be drawing anywhere from a few amps to 15A or so.
So..... all you can do is try it.
As for real world results, we do run the AC and microwave on our 30A service BUT fridge is on gas, battery fully charged, not much on 12V and since we have a panasonic "true inverter" microwave which doesn't cycle power for low duty cycle but runs at lower power constantly, when the AC is on we don't use more than 50% power which is 700VA, about 6 A instead of the 12 or so at 100

Ac around 13-15 amps Microwave around 10 Converter up to 10 That's 33-35 and I left out the fridge (3) and water heater (12.5)
Home was where I park it. but alas the.
2005 Damon Intruder 377 Alas declared a total loss
after a semi "nicked" it. Still have the radios

Hi,
I love my hybrid inveter charger. It allows me to run fridge, roof air, and microwave.
One needs to monitor voltage, however, because load support is NOT voltage support.

I've run my ac, fridge, water heater and microwave on 30 amp connections many times, regardless of a 30/50 amp trailer.

Lots of variables with OPs question. AC size, micro size, brand/type of converter/charger, condition of battery.
If the CG has newer pedestals, that have 30 and 50 amp plugs, they likely have more available power, than an older CG with only 30 amp.
In my case, a 15K AC, medium size/power micro, a Progressive converter/smart charger, and quality newer battery.
I often use my AC, WH, and fridge on electric at the same time, with strong power source, no issue. I will also run the micro a short time as well. I use a digital meter in camper inside outlet to know what power is available, and where it's staying at.

A good quality meter, that works great, and easy to read.

I keep the fridge and water set to propane only. Less worries with 30amp.

That is very nice, but not helpful for the OP who doesn't have a "hybrid inveter (sic) charger."
