I had a bad experience in a Camping World store buying a freshwater hose. How long should it take to get a response from [email protected]?

Your first mistake was doing business with CW. You should have done business with a reputable business.

It looks like the care team and the unhappy customer email address are just shell games. I've contacted both. No response from the email ([email protected]) and only a token response from the 'care team' here (give us your info and we'll check), then crickets.
