Some nefarious individuals hacked email, tried to hack my bank info, and screwed up my paypal, amazon and ebay accounts. So I've had no gmail since October 28
I've tried to get a temporary email but I'm always asked to provide an email address for confirmation. I must have ten thousand emails unopened.

That’s too bad, you are a valuable asset with your knowledge. I couldn’t have gotten my battery system on my work truck installed as well without your help. Thanks for your contributions to this site.

David - set up an all new email account as if you never had one before. This won't fix your various ordering and bank account problems, but it will let you communicate with various businesses and friends.

Your cell phone has a default e-mail something like 123-456-7890@ service provider dot com.
You will need to ask your service provider what it is.
And you can go from there.
I think Yahoo and Google both will send a SMS to a Cell phone as well.
Home was where I park it. but alas the.

Mex, you're doing something wrong. If you were 10 years old and never had email before, then there's no way they could require a previous email because you wouldn't have a previous one. If they required this, then how are all of the people new to email getting signed up?
As suggested above, you need to go to the your local cell provider and have them set you up again as difficult as it may be.

Remember folks, he's in Mexico except for occasional trips to the US for health reasons or equipment. That probably compounds the frustrations.

Mex,
You should be able to go to mail.google.com and create a new account. Put in your name and password and it should ask for your phone number. After that it will send you a text to verify and then you'll have a new email address. Well unless you have already created a Gmail account in the past using that same phone number. If that is the case it might be more difficult.
You can also try creating an email with Proton mail. They supposedly don't track anything.
