This seems to be an issue many things Good Sam. I logged into Camping World and suddenly my name is CLIFFORD CORDER. I contacted customer service and explained the problem and I was informed they have a new software program, and I was not alone, but would fix it promptly. That was two months ago.

Gee. Kind of not unlike here. A Good Sam moderator responded to my original post and asked for my personal information via a private message. Other than, "thanks for providing the information" that seems to be where it stopped. No further response, no acknowledgement that there is a widespread issue with the Pilot/Good Sam cards, no mention of contacting Pilot....nothing.

I dumped everything GS related a long time ago. Fuel was always cheaper nearby and card readers were always a problem.
We won't even discuss the road service problems.

I faced a similar problem, but having addressed the customer service via the Camping World phone number here https://camping-world.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html, it was solved pretty fast. To be honest, I was surprised as usually "thanks for the information" means "we will forget about your call". Maybe it was just my day.
