Just curious.
All you have to do is click on the link I provided. ![rolleyes [emoticon]](http://www.coastresorts.com/sharedcontent/cfb/images/rolleyes.gif) I go by what their CEO says. After all, that's who runs the company.
Huh. Went thru it twice and didn’t see any specs on the semi. I might be on the wrong link. Can you repost it?

It is you that misinterpreted the battery from your own link and then call it impossible. Maybe your goalposts are set wrong from the start.
What happened to your goalpost of bankruptcy?
What happened to Elon going to jail?
Are those still in play or have you moved them again?

Musk however did not specify which configuration of the truck would get the 500 kWh power pack. But it is safe to assume he was referring to the lower priced one.
Wait what? All manufactures put out their most expensive products first, including Tesla. Tesla didn't kick out their 50 grand model 3 first. They sold the big buck model S. They make their most money on those models.
This being the case, we should see the 621 mile range Semi later this year!!
And everybody needs to stop calling it the 500 mile range Semi. Its CEO clearly stated 621+ miles/charge. Also remember that this is going to be a class 8 OTR truck and not some town to town parcel truck, etc.
Don't start moving the goal post this early.

My measure of a Tesla Semi is when Meijer has one to deliver product to their stores. All I know is they keep raising the prices since they put the deposit down for their Semi's.

Today on Twitter, members of the Tesla community found new photos of the Semi that Tesla quietly uploaded to its website. @Tesla_Adri pointed out that Tesla added some new Tesla Semi press photos and that almost every image is new.
The new high-resolution photos show a lot more detail than the previous photos did. As Sawyer Merrit pointed out, you can see the buttons for the deck lights, and the trailer air supply with the primary and secondary PSI which refers to pounds per square inch, a measurement of pressure used to measure the pressure of gasses or liquids.

8.1 must be greasing the palms of the mods! Lol More like greasing the thread with on topic factual information.
Quite frankly I have enjoyed the journey and would like to see it through to the end.
You won't live long enough to see a OTR Tesla Semi on LI batteries. I have explained it and done the math many times on this very thread.
Lets try this again. The Ford Lightning gets around 2 miles/kwh towing nothing. That is with a teeny tiny pickup weighing around 8K pounds.
Tusk already said his Semi was going to have a 500kwh battery in it.
Now, if the big heavy Semi can pull off lets say .5 miles/kwh (doubtful) that will give the Semi 250 mile range just driving bob tail....no trailer, no freight...just the truck. Now add a 15k pound refer trailer and load a lot of food into that.
What do you think the range will be for that Semi? 125 or 150 miles max range will not be out of the realm of possibility. Lower in cold weather. Waaaaay lower in the mountains across the USA where OTR semi's have to travel.
Tusk (and 8.1) says Semi will be delivered by the end of the year. I say nope, not going to happen ever with LI batteries.
Tusk says Semi is going to have a 621 mile range. I say nope. Not going to happen.
I will only have 4 months to wait to see if I will be correct.....AGAIN!!
In all fairness I did think that Tusk was going to push this timeline waaaaaay out like 2024 or 2026. But in true Tusk fashion, if you tell a lie, make it a whopper!!!
I will be on this thread on 1/1/2023 to see what kind of excuses the fan bois will come up with.

Welllll, "on topic", yeah mostly. "Factual" mmmmm, maybe not so much. Lots of fan boy love notes and what could happen, and progress on buildings. Not so much about the actual semi production, as possible timelines, which, of course, are never met. ![smile [emoticon]](http://www.coastresorts.com/sharedcontent/cfb/images/smile.gif)
But, I agree, the thread is entertaining, and I'm curious as to the actual arrival of the production semi. So I say, let 'er roll on.
