And don't forget that Ford is better than everyone other than Tesla. I can't imagine what it would be like to work on the Ford system.

why didn't they just reverse engineer to copy Tesla's as what Elon did on F150 for their Cybertruck -- and substantially improve on it even.

I think that we are going to have to wait a year or two to get the answer to that question. The Cybertruck is a radical design with the potential to be much less expensive to make and maintain but the proof will be in the results. I think too that we will have to see how the cosmetics play with the consumers, kind of like Dodge back in the 90's with their radical new look.

The value of Tesla is largely based on the expectations that shareholders have for what Elon is going to accomplish in the next 5 years. Take out Elon and the shareholders will learn what real punishment is. If the SEC wants to protect shareholders they need to keep that in mind.

You forgot to mention the bigger idiots who still believe that Tesla will go bankrupt, willl be unable to produce the semis or that the Cybertruck will lose out in the battle for pick-up trucks.

SEC law suit is now on going and is the second one that I know of.

First one Tusk lost and judgement was $20Millon from the corporation and $20million from Tusk. Normally as both punishment and to warn via that 'lesson' to not do it again.

This one looking like billion$ if Tusk loses, but he (Tusk) has a huge following that might include folks making judgement...

Again, personally think Tusk is a genius, but not as smart as he & others think he is...
