Yah kinda cool. I posted this in the tow vehicles forum but it was taken down. I think those sections are now only reserved for liquid fueled vehicles. Sad. Apparently there have been a lot of complaints about me posting topics involving alternative fueled tow vehicles. I’ve been put on a very short leash for posting anything. Meh. I get it. The Old timers go to senior centres do they can enjoy old movies and reruns of gun smoke. They don’t don’t want to come here and get barraged by new technology. I get it. I think this will be the only thread going forward that allows discussion of new technology vehicles that are not gas or diesel. It hidden away enough where it won’t insult the general membership. Meh. It’s all good. I suspect soon enough I’ll just get deleted from the Ether and I’ll become but a distant memory on RV.net. [emoticon].

Cheers all.

I wonder where I can post to show off my Cybertruck once I get it? LOL

Or, maybe I need to attach the RV to show it legitimately belong into the Tow Vehicle thread.[emoticon][emoticon]

Kept recalling story of Musk's friend who wrote off the $50,000 he lend to Elon as not getting it back believing his electric car dream is not feasible.

He now owns the now collectible first Tesla Roasdster and I wonder how rich he is now with that initial investment. A friend who was his neighbor said he already moved from his rich enclave in Hillsborough Hills in Cali.

Some people put their money where their mouth is and win. Some heckle and make bets shorting it.

Guess whose the winner now?[emoticon][emoticon]

You do know that he was a BILLIONAIRE before starting Tesla, right? The idea that he needed a 50,000.00 loan is ludicrous.

Are you talking today or in 2008 where he was even borrowing money for his living expenses and where the Roadster was called "a barely running science experiment."

You must have confused him with the other self-declared billionaire who made a fortune running with bankers' money by declaring bankruptcies.

It came back and now a pricey collector's car.

Must be Jay Leno's agenda hovering over Elon, [emoticon]

Leno definitely has some cool one-of-a-kind vehicles. And he actually is a "car (and bike) guy" rather than just a rich guy who collects cars.

If you insist you know more than the first who confessed about these things in his own interview.
