Then I cut a piece of plywood for the inside of this wall portion. This isn't completely fastened yet, but it's enough to check out fitment. So far so good.
If you want to do something, you will find a way.
If you don't, you will find an excuse.

Hope your wife is tall enough to step up that high to flush.

It's not as bad as it might look in the pic. The overall height of the seat is about 17" with the step at about 11".

Toilet looks like it could use a bit of maintenance (and cleanup)...

Doesn't look too bad for a 1983 plastic toilet that has spent a bunch of time in a woodworking environment! Lol...
Yea, it needs some refurb, or replacement.

I pulled the plywood off the wall, and added some glue and about 500 nails to hold it together until the glue dries.
Ok, ok, it's a bit of an exaggeration with the nails.
I did put a bunch in there though.

Another case of "one small step". Hey, that's better than no step.

So that was a 10 minute job, anything else today?
There are 24 hours in every day - it all depends on how you choose to use them.

Well, you'd think it was a 10 minute job, wouldn't you?
I've had a lot of 10 minute jobs that took 4 hours. Lol.
No, this wasn't a 4 hour job.
Anything else? - Yes, but nothing that I was ready to post.

I took a little bit of a turn today. The wall next to the toilet. I figured, since storage is always at a premium in any rv, that I could utilize this just a little better than making a hollow wall.
Enter thought process...... I decided to turn that wall into a shelving area. Granted, those shelves won't be deep or wide, but every little bit helps.
The shelves will be about 2 1/4" deep and only about 10" wide. However, they should be able to hold bottles of shampoo, bars of soap, maybe q-tips, or other items normally stored in the bath area.
There will be 6 of them, so it beats a hollow wall.
