I had the same problem with a sliding double pane camper window…Found that it was no longer made, but I removed it (incl. frame) from the camper and took it to a local window shop who disassembled it, traced the glass pattern and ordered new glass (actually, DOT required Safety Glass) and reassembled the unit…Kinda pricey at about $300 but worth it…
