I went back out to the rv to reset the gfi... outlet... I thought why not..I then started to recheck the fuses. I noticed when I pulled out the fuses the lights glow red... All but 4 that is... I pulled each of those 4 fuses and no red lights... they should have been a red light like the others... please help...

I think you're starting to over-think things a bit. I'd suggest to replace all the fuses and see if your lights work. The "red lights" are probably indicator lights to show a circuit is not operating, usually from a fuse being blown. If the indicator light doesn't work it does not mean that something else is amiss. It may be a fault in the indicator circuit. This is where a hand held meter becomes invaluable, takes the guess work out of the problem.

You may have also lost power to part of the distribution panel. Do you see where the main power wires connect to the panel?

I'd say that you want to make sure all of the 12V distribution panel is connected securely to the positive and negative phase power wires. You may have a post terminal where the converter wiring is connected, along with the distribution panel. Check in that area. Having drop outs and intermittent fuses blowing sure sounds like failing connections. Also, make sure you battery connections at the terminals are all clean and tight.

With your meter, you'll be able find any voltage drops that will indicate a poor connection. Likewise, your meter will turn up any opens or missing continuity.
