Think I would get another tech. I too have never seen an RV water tank with a baffle. Fuel tanks yes. Most fresh water tanks are just a big rectangular plastic box. Not that somewhere somehow there might be one that exists.

I can see my fresh water tank under the bed. If it ever fell out I would have real, real, problems. Think it dropping on to the gas tank.
I have never seen baffles in the three RVs I have owned. First two were TT. Then a class A and now a class C.
I always have a full fresh water tank. Even when it is waiting for the next trip. I do refill it before the next trip because I use that water for everything. I do like my filtered well water when I start a trip.

I always keep it full. Never know if campsite water is bad. Plus, I tend to boondock almost exclusively, so I wind up just filling it up and using the water pump from there.
