Never argue with an idiot. You will be dragged down to their level and then beaten with experience.

We use the Coleman ROADTRIP that comes with a nice roll around tote... Store great in the back of the truck bed...

This has a whole assortment of grill tops and plenty of room on each side for cooking things

This uses the 1LB canisters and I really like that idea as it forces me to have a supply of those on hand all the time. This is also the same canister I use for my backup MR BUDDY heater...

Works great for our needs in our small footprint OFF-ROAD POPUP trailer...

Weber Smokey Joe is an excellent charcoal grill. I cooked a bacon wrapped tenderloin on a propane grill once.... once.

We bought a cheap rectangular charcoal grill from Wally-world. It fits into one of the storage cabinets and when it becomes unusable due to rust, etc. I won't have a problem tossing it and buying another cheap one.

My suggestion is to take measurements of your storage compartment before you buy.

Got one of these when the 22 year old Charbroil table top rotted out this winter. Folds up flat. Takes 1 lb bottles.

I've had several different RVs, and various grills. Some used the small 1 lb propane tank, others used charcoal. I never wanted to connect to the tanks on the camper and be limited to cooking by the length of the hose. I've had good success with all I tried. Of course anything cooked on charcoal tastes better than a gas grill!
