One of the greatest pleasures, of my continuing adventure, is not the amazing scenery I see along the way, but the people I meet and the growth I see in some of them in the time that has gone by since I have seen them last. One important “people” is my granddaughter, Annabel. Recently she joined Grandpa B’ for a few days out on the road. This particular morning she was tasked with gathering a few wildflowers for our table, while I was busy inside my Lance Truck Camper, preparing her favorite breakfast. Keeping an eye on my little girl, is paramount in these remote locations and this morning was no different. Watching her through the Dinette window I knew I had to grab my camera, which I did. I called to her and she turned and I shot, through the screen and open window, which provided just enough texture to the shot. This reminded me of the day of Kodak Slide film. Yes, some of the best photos we grab are not always the iconic shots of the ocean, the Sierras or the changing sands of the desert.

What a great shot and worthy of a framed enlargement for the family to cherish.
Just about to leave for our first camping with our granddaughters. We have 4 and are taking them 2 at a time on separate trips. One of the big thrills for them and us.

Currently camped in the Mora campground at Olympic National Park, WA. Tree is right behind my campsite. They must get a lot of rain here. ![smile [emoticon]](http://www.coastresorts.com/sharedcontent/cfb/images/smile.gif)
Camped at the Hoh Rain Forest campground a couple of nights ago. Pictures from that stop on my website.

It is so great that the truck camper can get up close to nature...I get the fact that it is not for everyone..but..I listen to those who say that your not camping if your not in a tent..been there done that...I just laugh when the girls want to use my bathroom..but back to the pics...I have shot some great photos from that window and door.. I like how portable the facility is, how quick it sets up, and when your at the table looking out at that view...you just feel like...WOW!.. this...this really is something special!

4th of July trip to Mt Myers. Cramped, noisy with fire works and sandy. We already have reservations for next year...

Area13, what a beauty -- looks like plenty of horsepower -- well done! Is this your first boat?

Thanks. No, not my first, but wife says the last! Most people put 115 hp's on these, I went 150 HP, tons of power and a permagrin for me.
