You know Ron, I think next spring when you get back I will have you over to the house. That way we can have much more time to Yak. How does that sound? Hobo

Tom and I are still around, more or less. We kind of got into the Burning Man scene because his company was contracted to perform real-time data collecting and processing for traffic and traveler information for the event. It's a year-round thing for him and his company although we only go to a Burning Man event (the big burn in NV and a regional burn here in WA) twice a year. It's....hmm... "interesting" would be about the best way to describe what goes on. Sometimes I like to sit outside our trailer and just watch the freak show so I can point and laugh a little.

Let's see, other than that, we still have the same trailer we've always had although it's time to replace it. I still have sheep although I've changed breeds to one less labor-intensive as my fibromyalgia has begun really ramping up. We have six ewes pregnant, two of which will lamb pretty much any day now. My mom died this past June. It's okay though. She was utterly miserable so it was truly a blessing for her. My inheritance was her cats. My cat was less than pleased but he has come to adore the female cat. He's utterly fascinated by her. She's apparently bewitching because she slaps him around.

I've gotten into theater costuming for local community stock theater as well as school theater, too. It takes a good chunk of my time in the spring as so many school shows open at the end of the school year. We still do medieval re-creation although less than before.

I agree with blt2ski...we need to do another Port Townsend gathering sometime. Finding leaders/coordinators is the hard part.

Hobo,,,,,,Hey, not sure how many of you know this but Hobo passed away a couple of weeks ago. I talked to Holly and she is doing ok and her daughters are there to assist as needed. Roger and I kept in touch with him, not sure how many of you others did so will pass this along..

Oh by the way, sold the Tradewinds last year, it had 167 thousand miles on it and was getting a bit long in the tooth. We bought a new 30 foot Winnie Vista 30T,gas class A with three slides and really like it.

Hope to see all of you somewhere along the road.....Bob and Sue

After about four years of contracting, I'm going back to a full-time permanent position Monday at Meteorcomm. The major product is Positive Train Control. I should be able to work mostly from home (we're parked on a horse farm in Sultan now) so with the mostly remote, we should be able to travel more.

Sad to hear about Hobo. He was a great guy!

We have been living in sunny Souther California for the past year. Sure beats Cape Cod where we lived for a year. We left there a year ago this week with over a foot of snot on the ground. Don't miss it at all.

But we do miss living in our TT (still in storage in Richland WA), and we sure miss our annual gatherings with all of you. Someday, we'll get back to full-timing again, and with any luck, maybe one of our great rallies too.

Sorry to hear about Hobo. Our best to Holly. Carolyn and I never did make a lunch date with them last summer while we were home. Very sorry we didnt make it. This has been the coolest and wettest winter here the valley of the sun and Sun City in our 9 winters here. We just sttened our oldest granddaughters white coat ceremony for her 4th and last year of vet school at University of Illionois. Sitting at airport for our flight back to Phoenix. Again, if anyone is in contact with Holly please tell her we are sorry and thinking of her.
