I would think if the two hoses to and from the engine cooling system were temporary connected the aqua hot should work on the normal heating circuit. Only the loop that exchanges heat when the engine is running or heating the engine block in reverse mode (switch three on right on) would be disabled.

Hope you get going soon. The landscape does not appear to offer much in the way of entertainment other than reading and television. [emoticon]

We would consider attending if some of the old has like Bob (fishinghat),and Chuck (mopargo) would come to the rally.

Dick, you're right, I should have thought to have the guys hook those hoses back up and ensure that the system was charged fully when they got done. The weather is supposed to be relatively warm the rest of this week, so I hope it won't be a factor.

There are a few nice drives and hikes around. Unfortunately, they are higher than we are here, which means many of those are in the snow now. Mostly, this is farmland, not recreational land. Our major entertainment has been counting the rigs that roll in every afternoon and evening and where they are from. Mostly Alberta.

Dick A...Fishinghat still has his rig, I think Mopargo has sold his but close enough he could come over for a visit. We will try to scheudle our return to include the gathering if its at the right time of May. Being retired we often get lost along the way...

John - if you guys get down here to the Valley of the Sun before Fri. Dec. 5, let us know. We are having a holiday open house from 1-5 and would love to see you and Nikki. Good luck with your repair.

Opps, saw your pm to me. Maybe next time!

We need to contact our original members regardless of their RV status. There are local motels. We would need to get most of the original attendees to make this a viable rally. I really don't care if they still have an RV.

I agree Dick, I tried to contact many of them a month ago but only heard back from John/Nikki, David G and Laura...Maybe the wrong time of year and we will do better after the Christmas Season...Bud who put on the one at Horn Rapids with Longs has passed away and lost track of his wife, forget her name. Longs till have their rig. Grousehunter still has his, no idea on the other friend of theirs. Hobo has sold his but I bet they would come over. Tom and Carol are out there somewhere. Steve and Sara still have thier rig. Mowermech has his but he is in Montana. its a start.

We're here but can't commit at this time because of medical issues.
