I liked Horn River Rapids so I'd be up for that.

Isn't Horn Rapids the one where we had the awesome wine tour--everyone came back a little sloshed as I remember. You'd go down the long driveway from one winery, go down the road a block or so, and up to another tasting room! We had a good time there--but I'm in the process of getting some medical issues fixed and doubt travel will be possible in May. I get a badly torn rotator cuff fixed 8 December. Was supposed to get a new knee in January, but that has to be postponed about 4 months after the shoulder which would be April, so doubtful we could come. We're happy to hear you have work on this side of the country, David! Linda and husband Dave (retired US Army) W7DDW Magic, Yellow Lab Female, born 18 July 2010. Linda, They do have a wine tour here, but not sure which rally you're referring to where pople got sloshed. ![]() We could still do it in May if that's what folks want, or we could move it into June if that would be better for the majority. July and August might be getting a bit too warm over here. ![]() |

Hey David, did not get enough repsonse when I put out for one in July so I am passing the tourch to you. Horn Rapids is a nice park, we had our fourth one there I think. Not sure we are back in May from our travels but if we are we will do our best to be there. Hope we get some takers....Bob

depending on the date i am still interested. im hosting a rally in prosser in april for wine spring barrel tasting so for me i will have to watch to see what date is decided if that location is selected. there are some things id like to do in that area...like geocaching.

We'd be interested but not sure if we will be able to make it. We will try. Will know more in the Spring.

Just to bring people here up to speed, we started south on October 25, heading east to I-15 and south through Utah. Somewhere south of Salt Lake City, we picked up something that flipped up into our engine compartment, knocked the fan loose into the radiator, and seriously damaged the radiator. So we got towed back to Nephi UT, about 12 miles back. Read more about our trip here. You can scan on from there to see what's happening since, too. We've been sitting here since October 29, mostly waiting for parts. Hope to get out of here on Saturday. |

What a bummer! I wish you well for the rest of the trip--once you get underway. Thank goodness for insurance and Good Sam ERS!
