Loaded the TC after having it off the truck for the past 40 days. Been hosting at High Falls State Park in Georgia. Had a chance to use my homemade support system and it worked great. TC was very stable. This is a great park with great staff. This is our third time hosting at High Falls SP and we consider it our second home.

Cool, Kerry. I'd be interested in pics of your support system if you have any.

Mike
Here is a pic of my TC on supports. The front one is an RV stabilizer brace. I incorporated the middle and rear supports to work in conjunction with the front one. They all break down and store inside the truck bed along the wheel wells. The TC is rock solid when moving around inside. If you check out the recent threat titled: "Can the Arctic Fox by used on its jacks", you will see where I posted close up pics of the system without the TC.

I'm not that lucky. Mine is in kit form. I have most of the old parts in the garage. Just have to put it back together again.

Truck:
* new under valve cover harnesses and new valve cover gaskets.
* Added a 200 amp shunt between alternator and camper for a digital amp meter.
* Prewired for torklift hidden power with anderson plug.

Camper + truck:
* rewired battery charging wires to awg 1/0.
* Installed a 200 amp mega fuse with holder in the battery compartment.
* removed the recalled sure power 1315 100 amp battery separator and contacted the manufacturer for an upgrade to 1314 200 amp while changing out. The 200 amp will be better with the 1/0 wiring and uni-directional will be better with solar. The new one is on its way.

To do:
* finishing the amp meter job (making hole in dashboard and wiring the meter)
* installing an emergency start switch to connect to the sure power 1314-200Amp
* installing a torklift hidden power with a Trojan 27TMX battery. Should arrive at the end of December.
* placing another mega fuse of 200 amps in or on top of the torklift hidden power box, so it's as close to the battery as possible.
* Placing the sure power 1314-200amp in the engine compartment as soon as it arrives.
* Replace electric element of my Suburban water heater. While doing the rewiring job, I must have switched on the electric heater by accident and since it was winterized, it was empty. Normally I use the little switch on the outside, but unfortunately I didn't this time...

Ran a power cord out to it..It's finally going to get cold this weekend and I am going to run my little heater as a safeguard against any freezing...
