Replaced AC roof gasket after noticing a wet spot on the ceiling.

The original gasket was only 1/4 inch thick while the replacement is a full inch or maybe a bit more? Hope it lasts longer this time, because the original is only 2 years old.

Installing an accumulator/expansion tank to relieve the initial pressure build up of my hot water tank...I got tired if it oozing out the pressure relief valve when I turn on the H/W tank and it goes through it's first heat cycle.. Measured pressure gradually builds up and would reach 140psi... After pressure is relieved the water pump would settle in at about 25psi..
Opening a hot water faucet would relieve the pressure, but sometimes we would forget.

One other thing to keep an eye on is the screws, they tend to loosen up over time. I've had to tighten mine twice in three seasons of use. Last time was earlier this year, and I decided to put some thread lock compunt on them.
