Topped off the batteries with distilled water. Sure is nice with the Flow-Rite RV2000 Pro-Fill RV Edition 2 Battery Kit Wasn't a cheap way to go, but sure works and super fast-n-easy. Got that back in 2012 I think and every time I use it I think that was a great buy.

Took rig to radiator shop to clean radiator. When the grill was removed to repair bumper after Wisconsin deer encounter saw that we had a really filthy radiator. DH has never had that thing cleaned or flushed other than to hose it off at the car wash since we bought it in 03! At the radiator shop found that the fan shroud had rubbed almost thru the rad. New one being installed today. Don't know how that poor truck got ANY air thru the previous mess of bugs and dirt. With trip on agenda to Colorado soon getting things in order a must.

All you do is attach the bulb, stick the other end in distilled water, and pump until the bulb gets hard. There are check valves in each cap to prevent overfilling. My batteries are hidden and very difficult to get to. Now it's so easy! I have 2 6volt batteries but there is the 12 volt version as well. There's even a way to string even more batteries together with this filler. The materials are of high quality and will surely outlast the battery life and the camper itself most likely. |

Got rig back from radiator shop, paid that huge bill, next is AC service. I'm afraid of what that will cost since it's NEVER been serviced in 12 years we've owned it. That's what happens when it's always been DH daily driver work truck, never out of service during the week. Now I have taken over maintenence things will get attention before they become a much more expensive fix by letting them go. At least that the plan.
