So did it all this afternoon while relatively warmer. The old Pyle stereo in my Arctic fox was shot, so I ordered a new Jensen JDC 2010 from Amazon. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005XEHSTE/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Today I installed it, and it is nice to have some tunes in the camper. The AM band was unusable because of a loud buzz, probably interference from the power converter. I did not test by unplugging the camper yet. The FM works great, and I used the AUX input jack to listen to Pandora internet Radio using my smart phone. Thankfully, this new radio fit right into the existing opening, so installation was quick and easy. I also installed LED bulbs in all the interior light fixtures. I got those from Amazon too. they only use less than 2 watts apiece, so I figured when I'm boondocking on battery power, they will be a benefit. They are nice and bright, and I like the color of the light, it looks very natural. 2018 Eagle Cap 1163 triple slide, 400W solar, MPPT, on a 93 Dodge D350 Cummins, DTT 89 torque converter, big turbo, 3 extra main leafs, Rancho 9000s rear, Monroe gas magnums front, upper overloads removed, home made stableloads, bags.

Discovered in a two day period that the funny looking light by the rear door is a grab assist handle and it has a switch and it works!!!!! Now I must order a lens for it. This is my second old Lance and it took owning two to realize this. nomadictxn 2013 RAM 1500 QC 5.7, 3.92 4x4 6 sp. 2021 Flagstaff E Pro 19FBS |
