I guess you could consider it ready for a remodel. I have seen houses stripped down like that to avoid a new building permit. A Remodel Permit is much cheaper.

Looks like it is in a storage yard. To protect your property you need to get a door and a good lock on it, before someone breaks in.

Installed a locking TV mount.

And mounted the TV.

Found the TV at Best Buy. It's their Insignia 24" powered by an external 12v power supply so I'll be powering it directly from the camper batteries.

Trying out my half-circle table out camping. Left the normal full size one at home. Also visible, half pillows for corners of dinette. New fabric may be forthcoming at later date.

Before I saw your signature line, I knew that was the roof of an AF.

I put my solar in the same spot on my AF811. Well, I had AM Solar do it for me.

After 10 years it was time to replace the seals in my toilet....thought the job would be worse than it actually was. Ordered the parts from Thetford in Ann Arbor, MI
