Bigimac wrote: Well, not exactly today, but the couple weeks: -------- SNIP ------------ & getting ready for ski season, (camping overnight in parking lots to be 1st in line on those Utah powder days & taking early p.m. naps), got a hitch-mounted, swing out ski rack (the Ms. said "no way" to hauling ski's around on the floor). ![]() I hope that you have your skiis in a water resistance ski bag or binding covers. Salt spray from the highway can corrode the releasing function of the bindings (37 years National Ski Patrol). I ended up just going with a ski box which kept my skis in great shape. Just my thoughts. |

Aired up all the tires, after 4 weeks of sitting they were off by 4-5 psi from 80. Fueled the genny and the spare gas can, swapped the bedding to flannel sheets and down comforters. Loaded up my clothes and all my toys for any weather condition ( fly gear to snow shoes). All thats left is to wash the windshield and load the food and I am out of here by 2pm on Friday headed east to someplace in the Sierras. It will be just me and the 3 dogs for the weekend...

Yes, it's a Blue Sea Systems PN 6006. I'm really happy with the outcome, and the outcome of the TV mount I put in this weekend too. It's a rocketfish mount from Best Buy
