We worked for GGs and was on a gate for Swift for 9 months. Very nice people, kinda laid back and didn't push real hard. Very easy to work for.

Thank you for the information

well i hope everyone made it though the wind yesterday. that was bad.
I did want to ask somthing we work for timekeepers we get 250 gal. of water a week. that just barely enough it seems. is this the norm? we have a washer and dryer but can't use it just not enough water for it.
also the monitor panel went out last week so i orderd a new one payed extra to have it shipped 2nd day air to the office in bourne. told them about it and milton our supervisor. it should have got there last thurs. but no one has brought it out to us. with out it i cant's see how much propane we have or check the tanks batteries or the water pump on the coach and the gas side of the water heater. they told us they would bring what we orderd out to us but that don't seen to be true. does other companys ignor you like this?
thanks

when I order something I need I will always go to the office and pick it up. The service men have their arms full servicing the guards. While in Cotulla I had my orders sent to the local automotive store and went in there to pick it up.(with their permission of course.)

My wife has a washer and she done a load about everyday. We had a 500 gal. tank and when they brought us water every two weeks we were fine, one time the service man stretched out and we ran out of water. 250 gal a week should be plenty if you are not washing you RV and toad.

well we are still on our first gate now started feb. 5th. so far there has been 2 wells drilled 5 tank faclity expanded to a 10 tank faclity. a pipe line crew running 4 miles of pipe to another rig across hwy 97 and the pad construction crews. this has been a very busy gate . but now its dead waiting for the frac crew to come they said maybe in 3-4 more days.
seeing all the gate guards along 97 and 469 when i go to town they have it good not near the dust we have out in the boonies ( hahah) and a main road for all the gravel trucks. they run 24 -7 it seems. the gate that got my attention is a tiny air stream with a tent and what looks like a deer stand with the legs cut off. thats wild way to small for me and how do you keep the tent up with all the high winds?
dang the snakes are out bad around here. oh and how do you deal with these litle black nats. off don't seem to work much they get in your hair down your shirt and bite the hell out of you can't sit out out side much they will be all over you in a couple min.

Lots of information here on most of the companies but nothing on Primo and only one or two for J&G or Swift.

Anyone have information they can share on well they service their guards?

We have worked for J and G for over a year. Great pay and good people to work for.

I think you need to do some reading of this thread to find out what you joined. Sound like a Senator that says you must pass the bill before you know what is in it. You might be barking up that same tree and not know what you are guarding and the stance of some companies on guns.

Good luck...this is not for everyone for sure.
