Been going on for quite a number of days now. I found no problems going through Woodalls.com, but frequent, intermittent problems going through RV.net.

I was even having problems trying to go through Woodalls .

Work(the paying job) has been very slow lately so the Pompadour is moving right along. Floor is in, I really wanted black and white checker but couldn't find locally. New 40gal fresh water tank and Shurflo are mounted.

While I'm not sure its a very good idea to ever fill it completely, this grey tank is 30gal capacity. There is a stainless steel strap in the center of the tank to prevent the rails from spreading under load. The rails are extrusions from a scrapped awning frame.

There is no black water tank.

This is the Thetford Curve from my sailboat, I didn't want to buy a second toilet or plumb a black water tank. It just sits in the boat all winter long anyway. I'm also going for a slightly enlarged and dry bathroom.

I know its not up to code but the kitchen drain, shower drain and vent all share the same 1.5" inlet into the tank. No P trap on the shower either.

Making room for the grey tank...

My fiberglass cap was not in great shape to begin with. When it comes to fiberglass, I feel if you're gonna make a mess, might as well make a big mess. The stair and t-handle recesses had to go to make room for the grey tank. While I was at it I figured I'd make a bumper cutout so the camper can sit lower and farther forward on the truck.
The curved cutouts were wrapped with a stiff plastic to act as a mold.

The bumper cutout was 'stuffed' with a 4" PVC pipe wrapped in wax paper.

Between 3 and 7 layers of woven glass were used depending on location.

The wax paper worked well.

I don't plan to leave it this color, just had lots of silver paint on hand.

It's far from perfect(notice no pic of the middle). It's solid and will get me down the road this year.
Now I have to drop the grey tank and paint the underside. Also working on the bathroom walls.

Silver, you continue to amaze with the speed of your restoration! I too have eliminated a blackwater tank and will use the Curve toilet. Instead of a plastic graywater tank, I molded a fiberglass tank into the starboard side of the 'bustle', as I call the Avion fiberglass part. It holds 27 gallons and has a couple of low baffles in it to reduce sloshing. I will drain it thru a hose to the molded-in cutout where the handle for the original drain system was installed.
I also added an 6" Armstrong waterproof hatch beneath the tank space to allow me to clean and drain it completely. I am running the sink and shower into the tank, using a Hepvo inline p trap. It's a very slick, low profile device for limited space.
I have a couple of pics of Argo's current stage but still having some difficulty posting...

Silver,
I would highly recommend some manner of p-trap between the drains and the tank including the shower. You will get worse odors from a grey water tank than are in black water at times. I do not have a black tank either, and went with the Thetford recirculating toilet. I did connect the toilet drain and the grey water drain so that I can flush the toilet contents in the hose with the grey water. Keeps draining simple. It also allows me to drain my toilet to a 5 gallon buck when dry camping at BLM type campgrounds, and dump down a pit toilet.
I hope this helps,
Garry

Has anyone identified a source of a replacement front window in the cabover?
Thanks, Garry
