Took my mom shopping in it. The van needed the exercise. The AC is not blowing out cold air. Looks like there is a bubble in the hose under the hood. Also, need to have the drivers side power window looked at. Not working at the moment.

Had to have the generator pulled in order to trouble shoot a starting problem, after all other options tried and failed. Possibly a circuit board issue according to my mechanic ![]() |

Today, I took the van out and about again. Now, it is shaking at 55 or so miles per hour. I know it could be a number of things. ![]() |

DW got the sewing done the other day and we now have a rear screen for our Sportsmobile. A couple of hooks and some screening from an old instant up type canopy. A few magnets and some velcro. And a good seamsterss and TADA a rear screen.![]() Our 2351D Phoenix Cruiser, Jack, has turned us from campers into RVers and loving it! ![]() |

Would you believe that you can pull the door handle off when shutting the door? It happened after I turned the passenger seat. The GM dealer said they could only supply a complete inside of the door, for some astronomical sum of money, so my DW had to ride without an arm rest for many miles. Fortunately NewGMParts.com came to the rescue and shipped the two pieces ($45) of the door handle to my son's home in Iowa for $8 shipping vs $52 to Canada. The new passenger door handle was installed today, using the old fittings which I kept (just in case they were not supplied). Peace reigns once more.

Today I replaced a broken circuit board for my instrument cluster. This required some soldering and troubleshooting. The replacement has all the gauges and lights working except for engine temperature. The engine temperature gauge had the needle come loose at some point, so I guess I need to go in and fix that now. I also have an entire spare instrument cluster from the one I took the circuit board from and could use its temperature gauge instead. We'll see. I will post some pictures at my 77 Dodge B Van thread soon if you're interested ![]() "We are not defined by our limitations, we are defined by our potential" ![]() |

Hi folks, Took the RV for a short spin and filled up the gas tank. If we loose electricity, we can use the RV generator to keep the fridge and freezer cold. Also cook food. Heapie |

Installed a back-up camera on the RT. The brand was "Yada" purchased at CTC for $119.00 CND. Wireless between camera and 4.3" colour monitor. Wired camera into backup light on LH side and mounted camera over rear door. Works better than I thought it would, much similar to what is on the newer vehicles. Quite clear and works at night as well, but much shorter view...less light. Will be good when I use my rear rack to carry gen set and two folding bikes. 2011 Roadtrek 190 Versatile 1996 Roadtrek 190 Popular 1990 Dodge 2500 conversion 1982 Dodge 1500 conversion ![]() |

I looked at it sitting on the driveway and thought, I really need to make reservations for our next trip - because the last trip we were going to take a few weeks ago, we could not get a campground site anywhere the day before the trip in the area we were heading to.
