I can see the love/hate of each setup. Having the leg supports go front to back would make access to sitting easier. I'm all for that! Best stabilization would probably be with supports going along the longest section of the table. Interesting how some of us have different table installs. Glad you've got the table you wanted, it's all good. Enjoy!

Hmm, when I read "front to back," I thought "front of trailer to back of trailer" and that's how I thought it was in the picture. But I guess I was wrong. My wife looked at the picture and said right away that our legs go the other way. I guess I really do need new glasses!

Can someone please go over "the night before the camping trip". Via an electric extension cord, I wanted to plug my Bullet in the night before to get cool the fridge. But from what I remember, I can cool the fridge only from the propane tanks, for a few hours, and then via the AUTO button have it automatically switch over to the 120V. My confusion and fear is I don't want to empty my propane tanks overnight. Is this right? I believe the micro only works from the 120V. We want to load up all our food the night before in our fridge and have it ready to go the next morning or whenever we leave! Thanks Bullet Brothers!

Leave the fridge button on AUTO and plug into power. The fridge and freezer will cool down on electric but just a little slower than on propane. Before you leave unplug from power and the refrigerator will automatically switch over to propane assuming that you have the tanks on. Keep in mind that the outside unit is electric only. We do it a little differently though. I like to put all the perishables in our cooler so that they do not all fall over inside of the fridge while we drive. While we are driving I have the propane on so the unit is cooling and we simply transfer the food once we get where we are going. 2020 GMC Canyon 2022 NoBo 19.2 |

Thanks G, Thanks! Our first park which is our first trip ever, is a state park. Can you say DUMP station! lol. Everything is new to us and exciting and a bit unnerving. Atleast we have a pull through site. You raise a fair point. I wonder how many of us here actually do what you do (keeping it in a cooler) vs. packing all the food in the fridge and risk it moving all over. Almost Friday everyone!!!! |

Just take your time and ask for help if you are unsure. We try to pack up and leave early or stay a bit later if we have to use a dump station just so there are not so many people waiting to use it. Remember........ 1. Dump black tank fully first. Close valve 2. Dump grey water next to help clean the sewer hose. Close the valve. 3. Use the water hose that SHOULD be at the dump station to rinse everything down. I am no expert but ill PM you my phone number just in case you have a question. Ill try to help. |

A few things we do before our trips. I freeze water bottles and put in freezer and fridge. The empty hot space is displaced with the cold items and then cools down quickly. Remember to use the fridge fan. Moving air is how these things work best. My meat is frozen before its put in the freezer. As the system cools then replace the water bottles with the food. Any water bottles left in will continue to help cool and or be ready to drink upon arrival. We use the water foam sticks cut to size to wedge things in the door or inside, works amazingly well and light as air. Also used is the cupboard bars for the fridge, we've had no problems. Our model has just the one fridge and not the cooler though. Good luck, happy camping!

We currently have the fold down table which is nothing but a pain but did get a set of pedestal legs from dealer. I was going to swap them this weekend and would have done it GarySol's direction but would like to see the 'other' way? Is the table turned side to side as well? It makes sense to me that the legs would be spread out the LENGTH of the table top for stability. slightly confused........... ![]() FYI... camped last weekend, went down and back in what I would call SEVERE headwind. (40'ish mph wind). I don't know if it's the truck or the trailer but it pulled like a dream, had no problem at 55-60 mph.!! Why does the wind always blow opposite directions Friday/Sunday (I'm always INTO it). lol 2011 GMC 2500 D-Max Denali 2015 Palomino Columbus 325RL Our kids have 4 legs. "> |

HERE is a link to the keystone bullet table setup we have. I call this side to side, the longer length of the table. Picture angles can be so deceiving, maybe Garysol is like this also but just looks different?
