Just another heads up..... I was working inside our 31 the other day and it was COLD so I fired up the furnace for the first time. The trailer filled up with an acrid smoke and set off the smoke detecter. After a few minutes what ever it was burned off but it took a few hours to get the stink out. So consider this a warning and open your windows before you light the furnace for the first time.....

Garysol, that doesn't sound good...glad it stopped. We fired ours up too but didn't get smoke. You probably had some excess rubber/foam compound of some form on the fire venturi in the furnace that was left over from the manufacturing process. Been reading some general dissatisfaction with the folding table on this thread - it does seem tight at the dinette. Wondering if anyone else has converted one to pedestal, and if so what that might cost? Alternately, has anyone had positive experience with the folding table? One downer is that you can't turn it sideways in the dinette area as it won't sit level. We first saw this type of table at the Nashville RV show inside of an Outback 301bq and the main benefit seemed to be flexibility with the orientation of the table at the dinette, with the added benefit of being able to place it in front of the couch. 2011 Bullet Premier 31bhpr Equal-i-zer Hitch Prodigy Brake Controller 2008 Ford Expedition Limited 5.4L 4x2 6 speed 3.31 w/factory air bag rear suspension Wife and four great kids ![]() |

When we did our walk through the guy told us to turn the furnace on high and leave all the windows and doors and vents open for about an hour. They had already done that for a little while so it wasn't too awful bad when I did it. I'm glad he told me to do that first so I didn't find that out while out camping! 2009 Chevy Z71 CrewCab 2010 Bullet Premier 31BHPR |

NetAndDavid wrote: ![]() We just picked up our 2011 Bullet Premier 31BHPR, and are kind of disappointed. We really liked some of the options on the 2010, like built in vac, hidden spice rack, and the ext bike rack lock system, but was told at delivery that Bullet no longer offers these options on the 2011. My salesman called Keystone while I was sitting there and was told that they put them on the 2010 to "test the waters" with what they called the comfort package. After my dealer ordered 10 units, all with the "comfort pack" they all came in without it. Other than the aforementioned hick-up, the trailer was great, and pulled very well behind my 2009 Silverado 1500HD and a 10,000lb equilizer hitch. When did you order your trailer as I checked with my dealer today who confirmed with Keystone that my trailer ordered on 2/19/11 will indeed have the comfort package. This also correlates with the keystone website that states that any trailers ordered after 3/1/11 will not have the comfort package. My order form specifically states that the comfort package is mandatory on my build, so that may be the discrepancy. Congrats on the purchase! I think you will find that many manufacturers do not include rails on bunks. That is a mod we did on our first TT (Flagstaff). Fortunately our son is old enough now that he doesn't need one for the top bunk. 2016 Jayco Eagle 324BHTS 2005 Ford Excursion 6.8L 4.56's, V/C Springs, PP 3P, P3 Past: 2011 Keystone Bullet Premier 31BHPR 2009 Forest River Flagstaff 830RBSS ![]() |

Anyone else have isues with their power jack, had our unit into the dealer on weekend for some minor PDI isuues and when I went to use the power jack to hook it to leave it wouldn't work so they had to take the trailer back into their yard to look at it, looks like the motor was shot so they swapped mine with another bullet premier they had on the lot and I was on my way in a hour. Thank god it happened at the dealership when it did, saved me from having to bring it back in just to have the jack replaced.

Bunk question...... The rear bunks on our 31 are 32x74 but I cant find any ready made bunk sheets anywhere near that size. 30x75 and 34x75 and even 30x80 but nothing that I think will give us a nice tight custom fit. Any ideas??

I had water get in my in-line fuse holder and corrode the contacts to where the jack wouldn't work. My dealer tried to get me just the wire but instead I got a brand new jack!
