Topic: Keystone Bullet Premier

Thanks Habs97. I just emailed my dealer to make sure that they had that comfort package included in my order like the show unit did. I have a feeling my dealer may have thought these items were just new for 2011 and did not realize that this was a promo thing. Thank you for the link.

Well I just spoke to my dealer and I have a [emoticon] sad face. Paint will cost me 4k extra and I just can't justify that. I do keep my trailer in covered storage so it should not be a huge deal. They did confirm that mine will have the comfort package and hopefully the swing out grill as well. Now the waiting begins....

Does anyone have a Premier 19FBPR? If so, how do you like it and how does it tow?

the only thing i have done, was change the locking tabs on the the outdoor kitchen to turn the other way. they are so loose that when i unlock one and reach for the other one it will turn itself back to the locked position. so i switched that, but cant get them to tighten up so they aren't so floppy.

i am going to add wire conduit, like they use in vehicles, and cover the wires going in to the trailer next to the battery. i have noticed that they are chaffed from the fiberglass front.

I have a Bullet Premier with the living room plan, and I do know the answer. Our stove vent is venting to the room itself. I could not figure out why my kitchen area was getting more hot than the Starcraft hybrid that I cooked in. Well, my husband did. I love my camper, glass shower doors, stainless steel appliances, very nice cabinets, Pantry in my kitchen, linen closet in my bathroom, my furniture is good quality, etc., Even with a two year old grandson playing nothing has broke and is laying in the floor. But.... why in the world would they vent to the inside. What good does that do??

Well, I haven't done anything more than buy a few things a walmart, towel bars, hooks, plastic drawers, but... thank goodness for my husband. :>) He has made two drawers and installed them into my deep pantry for canned goods. This is wonderfull. Under my oven there was a big panel with nothing behind it but a nice covered floor. My husband took the panel and made a door. Now I put all my pans there! He put the rods (I forget what their called) under my bed storage so the wood and mattress stays up now when I get into it. But... that was a job for him! First they wouldn't hold the wood up, then he switched rod size, figured they needed to be bigger, then they did hold up the bed , so well we had to sit on the mattress to hold it down. LOL. But... he finally figured it out. I knew he was smart when I married him! :>)

Sarah Elizabeth, if you wouldn't mind can you ask and find out what exactly what used to hold the bed up... weight/length and where he purchased them at. This was really my wife's only complaint.

Thanks for your help.

Thanks for sharing your ideas with us! We had the dealer install a set of gas struts under our bed for me. The first set ripped out the plywood, they were to weak to hold things. The second set held into the wood but doesn't really "hold" the bed up as we also have a bed topper. I think we ended up with 40 lbs, I'll have to check my notes on what they were rated. I think we need the next size up, 80 lbs.

If yours hold then I'd definitely like to know the "strength" of yours. If we redo ours there is one thing I know we'll do. Add some sort of support straps on that thin plywood. There just simply isn't enough wood to attach these things to and hold.

See ya'll down the road! We got our first reservations set for the year, a local site for our move in week!
