Gas Grill: This topic may have been discussed somewhere in the 114 pages and my apologies if I'm being redundant here but.... I find the gas grill that comes with the 28 RLPL has one level of cooking, low. It takes forever to grill anything on mine and I'm wondering if I just got a bad unit or these grills are pretty much worthless? Thanks, Kevin "Onward thru the fog!" ![]() |

I used mine once then hid in my basement...The "Flame King" that came with ours was crap. I purchased a Weber Baby Q and modified it to run off my gas outlet from my camper. Best mod yet....I now want a Baby Q for use at home. Heavier but the best grill I have ever used. 2014 Heartland 305RW Road Warrior 2012 Ford F250 Lariat |

baunno wrote: ![]() Hi all Premier owners, I'm new to this forum but not new to camping forums in general. We just bought a 2012 Premier 28RLPR and love it. I'm happy to have found this forum and whoa!, a LOT of pages to read through! I'm finding a lot of great information and hope to contribute as well. I have a blog (linked on my signature) and welcome comments. Thanks for letting me take a minute of your time. Kevin Welcome to the Bullet family. We also have the 28RLPR and love it. You can follow my post and see my comments on this model and any changes we've made which aren't many. As to your post on the grill, we also feel it cooks slow but found that we grill on open flames at our fire pit or cook late indoors after a long day outside. Actually forget we even have one! Looking forward to what you do with your TT. F250 Diesel Lariat Laissez les bons temps rouler! |

I also use a small Weber BabyQ. I just store it right on the floor inside the front door when the camper is not is use and during travel. When we get to the campsite I just put it outside. It is a great grill!

Has anyone winterized their Bullet yet? I tried this weekend and noticed that the water pump did not allow for me to access it to pull the anti-freeze out. Has anyone modified the Bullet to allow automatic winterization? |

Has anyone modified the Bullet to allow automatic winterization? The hose connector is a quick disconnect on our water pumps. Your dealer should stock another a connector for a few dollars and you can simply put a few feet of hose onto that adaptor. Ill look for a link. Exactly what I was looking for. Anyone have the part number to that connector? I'm sure I could pick it up at Lowes with the hose....

Look about halfway down the page for part numbers..... Check your local RV dealer. These should be commonly stocked parts http://www.flojetshop.com/flojet-accessories/ |

garysol wrote: ![]() David...... Do you use the original coax input to get the satellite signal into the trailer and if so were there any mods you had to make? The main line runs in to the coax input in the rear or the camper, once I got to the power amp in the cabinet I had to disconnect the BLACK cable from the unit and run it straight to the sat box. From the box going out, I ran one cable to the new bedroom tv and split it to the back. I ran a 50ft piece down under the carpet to the kids room. I think that you can see maybe 3 ft of it. For us it works great, and once we get settled in to our new house in Kansas, all that I will have to do is move the box from the house to camper and set up the tripod. 2011 Bullet Premier 31BHPR 2009 Chevy Silverado 1500 HD No Mission Too Difficult No Sacrifice Too Great DUTY FIRST! 31BHPR Mods |

For those with the RL floorplan with the big window in the back...do you find the glass to be very flimsy? It seems like it could break easily. I am sure it is strong but I notice its "flexibility" when washing it etc
