Unsticking last from Bastille Day. Road we drove rv back yesterday is closed today due to wildfire start. That would have been a long detour.

News was saying these wildfires we have, and the smoke from Canada are going to last for weeks. Then throw in the excessive heat. Going to be a long summer.

Heat index is 104 for Wed,106 for Thur and 108 for Friday. Then, in their words...a big cool down Sunday with a high of only 90*. lol This heat may last through winter.

110 today calling for 112 for tomorrow then a cool down for Friday & Saturday. Calling for only 95 both days. They said this last year we had the same temperature.

We already at 107.Don't even care what the heat index is. A/C is on and relaxing. The earth is hotter than last year, but it sure is not killing our grass like last year.

Wow I get to be last!!
The network news was saying the week of the 4th was the hottest week on record ever. How can that be if not one of the days in that week broke or set a new record hi?
