Thanks for posting your travels have been a inspiration for me to get up get out on the road and enjoy the time I have left. I do not post much on the internet but certainly have enjoyed yours and have visited some of the same places because of your pictures and posts THANK YOU

I subscribe to all your posts cause I find your comments interesting and your trips entertaining. In between trips you don't post much. Have I gotten a lot of notices since you have been catching up? Yep. I had 112 notices the other day...only took me a few seconds to delete them all and then go to RV.net and read your posts and look at the pictures!

We headed west...
and explored more of Brownsville.
We drove for miles beside a very tall fence... The US/Mexican Border... there was a lot of open ground... it appeared that it was OK to use for agriculture.
I'm not going to post any pictures of the area...
If you should visit the area be sure and stop at the Brownsville Visitors Center
We decided to return north through the McAllen area by following US-281 along the border from Brownsville... then continue on the same US 281 to Alice, Texas.... mostly to keep from retracing our trip south.

We will use our passports to breifly cross into Mexico on foot and I'd like to show those of you that haven't experienced a border town what you are missing.
It was south of Pharr, TX ...
