Sleepy, I used to live on the West Side of Cincinnati. My work included a lot of air travel. So I was grateful for the Anderson Ferry. It was a great way to leave home and a great way to come back - something really celebratory about a ferry!

Watch out for the weather. we just had a terrific storm pass through with tornado alerts.

And yes... I find ferrys appealing.... a remenant of yesteryear and still an essential part of many peoples lives. (I don't thinkJanet likes little ferries ar shakey bridges.)

We drove down to the gravel parking area and watched them load... knowing all the time that I was staying on US-50 heading east.

We are a day early.... just for reference the Bengals played in Cleveland the next day... and we are watching the same two teams playing in this stadium today as I type.
