I will be happy to document the install of the Correct Track system. While I,m in the process I might as well install the Dexter HD as well.
My next question is how do the Dexter & More Ride compare I have looked a both and just wondering what you guys have to say.
The install won't happen for a few weeks as my TH is in for warranty work. (Slide Leak) Amazing that Keystone is covering after all this time.

Hi Dennis
I have seen the correct Track system. Unique and it will give you course adjustment for a thrust angle that is out of alignment. It will not fix toe or camber.
Have you checked thrust angle, toe and camber? You may be fighting more then 1 thing.
This post of my axle correction may help. I made adjustable axle seats which is more fine an adjustment then the Correct Track. And I ended up getting new axle tubes as well to fix the messed up toe angle.

Thanks Les but I got one from a local hitch shop for 5 bucks. He recommends the Reese Strait Line BTW, so if the Sherline tells me what I think (after hearing your advise) I'll be looking for the 1500 pound version.
Last year I did a buncha electrical upgrades, this year it's suspension, tires/wheels and hitch. Hopefully next year nothing! (but ya just know that's not too likely)

hi all,
i did the install with the K71-652-00 & thanks to this thread, it was quite simple. the question i have is about the weight rating. this kit calls for 33" axle spacing and axles up to 6000lbs capacity. i take this as having axles that are rated at 6000# each or less. not a trailer weight of 6000# or less?

That's right J3, Dexter makes a sheet showing the center equalizer and how to tell which kit you need.
Determining the Proper E-X Flex Unit
My trailer had the bottom equalizer, so my center will end up 2" lower, see the difference:

Not a problem though, I've lowered everything to the lowest mounting hole in the hangers, 1" lower will not be a big deal, I had 5½" above the 15" tires before, even with the bigger 16" tires I should end up with 3½" up there when I'm done.

Second side went a lot easier, I'm convinced that if you take the time to line up the shoulder of the bolt at it's nut end with the hole in the hanger you don't need a big press to seat the bolts, just a hammer and pipe or socket.
That big BANG people hear when they use the BJ tool is the shoulder of the bolt finally going through the other end of the hanger.

Basically followed the procedure as outlined on this post, with the addition of swapping out the springs. This was probably less effort than trying to remove and install the new bushings while the springs were still on the RV. First side took 3 hours, second side barely two hours. Done by 6:00 and popping a beer. I'd post pictures, but don't know how to.
I sent a very sincere thank you letter to Jorge. TRP isn't in the retail business, yet they stepped all over themselves to make me happy. I'd love to let Lippert know how worthless they were, but this would not help TRP, so I'm just letting it ride. I'm still surprised this problem has not occurred before. According to Lippert, TRP is just one of several vendors they use for springs. And according to TRP, they use several manufacturers for their springs, depending on price point needed. Anybody buying a new TT on a Lippert frame could have any of half a dozen different manufacturers for their springs. Gotta go-I deserve another beer!

Can you post or PM me the phone number for Mr De leon. I just recieved new springs from Lippert and a Wet bolt kit and I have the same problem. The eye bushing holes are too big. My TRP springs are labeled 2010.08.

This is a amazing upgrade, and I must thank LAdams and others for this write up as I may never have known about it otherwise.
My 1995 Holiday Rambler 32'TT had all the original suspension parts that were worn out anyway, what a perfect time for this upgrade.
My TT was also factory equiped with shock absorbers. These were Maeco brand shocks part #19176, which crossover to Monroe 555025. I bought 4 Monroe's for 37.99 at a O'reilly auto parts store.
I did this upgrade on Saturday and it went very well. I do not recommend doing this job with the ball joint tool shown by LAdams and others in this thread.
You don't have to buy the tool at Harbor Freight, you can rent it at O'reilly's auto parts or your local Auto Zone store for free. You just hace to leave a deposit for the tool. I rented this tool and saved money that way.
I highly recommend this upgrade, much better setup than stock. Thanks LAdams!
