Don't fly too high, we haven't the 1.7 increase in SS yet. It is 2 months out from starting, a lot can happen. They might decide to increase gas prices by then.

Ah, ye of little faith! We are the closest thing to a job program for our economy. They need us to tramp all over the US in winter and spend, spend, spend!
I do hope diesel will not go up much as the winter is supposedly not going to be as sever as last year. We can only hope.

Went up I75 to our Northern home yesterday, plenty of RV's on the road. Kinda funny plenty heading North for the deer hunt and plenty heading south cause winter is on its way.
Diesel here at $3.65 in the North less down near the cities.

It is getting close for little Michigan to spring up in FL. Talked to several folks heading to the Mt. Dore or Orlando areas, more than normal after the last winter here many that have stayed in the past are hitting the road for Az to Fl this year.

Yep, snowbirds are already here. The parking lot is full down at the Golden Coral by 4:30 PM for the early bird specials. The left blinkers are still on from up North. Since almost all of the RV spaces are filled, don't see how there can be more.

Most people in Florida realize that there are plenty of places to go without any reservation until after the 1st of the year. Feb is normally the busiest and from March on the decline happens until late April when the temps become warmer at home and the humidity of Fl and the heat of Az and Fl are higher then needed.
Oh the golden corral, you're welcome to it, not on mine or a lot folks list of "food" places

North Carolina diesel $3.55
DEF $2.79
Watch those DEF pumps as they splash back. They are for the big boys. I am getting better at guessing how much and when on it so I slow way down when I get close to a fill up.
