This must be private land. I would volunteer to cut the field a time or 2 to be able to spend a long weekend here[emoticon]

That spot was about 8 miles away north of Potato Lake. Here's a pic of Potato Lake taken last Friday. It's pretty full from all the snow and rain we've received this winter.

Arizonaguide and pkjr - Your picture are so nice. We stay near Potato Lake a lot and the Rim pics. make me 'homesick' for the rim. We traded our 19ft. 'trail cruiser' for the 5er. We had planned to lift it, but moved up to the 5er instead. It fit in a lot smaller places than we do now.
We're ready to go, just need to get to a weekend the DH does not have to work. Hope to see you "In the Trees" soon.

This is my first attempt to post a picture -- we were boondocking near the East Rim of the Grand Canyon:

This is also near the East Rim of the Grand Canyon in the Kaibab National Forest, about three miles east of Highway 67:

And this is on the West Rim in the KNF, near Locust Point, about 25 miles west of Highway 67. You can see daylight under the trailer hitch -- that is the rim of the canyon:

Is that at the Flatrock Inn? It's been a few years since I was there, don't remember the wind mills.
