Beautiful view of the river in winter. Makes me want to go snow camping! Here is our recent visit to Death Valley. We had friends along that seemed to get into all my photos! Hope they don't mind.
This is campsite #129 at Furnace Creek. Near the bathrooms and a nice site. The campground was full but it was quiet and very pleasant. So nice to have good camping neighbors.

And this is #36 at Mesquite Springs. Also very quiet and a beautiful sunset.

It was cold, outside water froze overnight, but we had a warm campfire.

We have a 2011 Ford F350 Super Cab 4x4 Bengal Tiger. It is equipped with a Onan 2800 generator, solar panels on roof, kayak racks, A/C, gas hot water heater & heating system, sleeping area over cab, couch/bed, enclosed toilet/shower/sink, outside shower, 3 burner gas stove, Microwave/convection oven, 8 foot awning, led lighting, etc, etc. see photos below: [image]

On the way home from CA. Stopped at Joshua Tree NP, Jumbo Bolder Camp, site 40.

That "Tardis" 4x4 Tiger has a nice layout. Would love to have something like it someday to get further back into the wilds! Thanks for all these pics--so much fun to see everyone having a great time out there.

This past weekend, camping in the COLD at Tomoka State Park, Ormond Beach, FL. Campsites were kinda small, but very private. Nice park.

Catmom to our 3 camping cats: Helen the orange kitty, tiger Suzy (both rescues, too) and our new gorgeous girl, Samantha.
Doggie Grandma to one gorgeous golden puppy named Jameson
