Ok bill257, if you want to see the photos, then you need to change your preferences.

Click on 'my forums' at the top, and then on that page, click on the 'my preferences' tab. In there, is a checkbox for "Show images that are part of posts". It must be un-checked right now.

OK, guys, thought I'd post a couple pictures from our recent trip to Colorado for Christmas. It was only our third trip in our 2009 Winnebago Outlook and we got a little more than we bargained for in terms of the weather, but we made it just fine! LOL The first one was taken at the KOA in Raton, NM where we spent the night. Never dreamed we'd ever camp in the snow, but we didn't have much choice! The second one was taken on I-25 in southern Colorado. Yes, we are crazy! LOL

So how did it 'handle' on the ice and snow? Was it a 'white knuckle' deal or a walk in the park?

It was actually not bad at all - even for us Floridians who haven't driven in snow in many, many years. We just drove slow and never skidded or slid once. The only cars in the ditch were the ones that flew by us in the passing lane - driving WAY too fast for conditions! LOL

No doubt. When you go too fast you just slide further.
