You read the whole thing? Wow. You really know how to party. ![biggrin [emoticon]](http://www.coastresorts.com/sharedcontent/cfb/images/biggrin.gif)
Yeah, I lead a really rich lifestyle. You know what they say, knowledge is power. Being the fact that their are only what 2 frame manufacturers LCI and the one WW used, stands to reason that the common problems on the WW are pretty easily fixed if you own a welder and know how to use it. This thread shows the telltale signs of how to "see" whats happening without crawling under the trailer with a tape measure. Weather you just load your TH heavy and need to strengthen it up or the fact that it was poorley engineered, this thread shows how to fix a sagging wall or axle/hanger breakage issues. I had an issue with my Thor Jazz frenzy TH, the walls had sagged, but never got any worse, if I had read this thread 2 years ago, I could have fixed it myself, for little to no money, other than time. I love tech threads with pics.

The front cargo compartment of my '06 FS2300 rotted completely out along with the bathroom floor too. I replaced everything that I could tear out with marine-grade 3/4" plywood (with 3 coats of Kilz). I completely re-did the bathroom.
My biggest problem is that I never did figure out where the water was coming from. It seems to stay dry now (I check after we have a big rain event and it has stayed dry). There are some soft spots in the kitchen area, but the floor seems to be holding up. I was just in there over the weekend checking things out (~20 degrees here in Kansas) and I could hear and fell ice crystals in the flooring. Weird.
Anyway, how does one figure out were the water is coming from??
Thanks.
Check the crimp clamps on the water lines around the water heater. Thats where i found my leak after several years and have found some soft spots in the floor. May just pyull up the kitchen floor and replace as other posters.

43 pages? You do know you can change how many topic per page are displayed? Go My Forums/My Preferences/Posts per page and change to 20. Sure makes it easier to see more.

I just bought a 2005 SL2300. I see that the photos of the repairs are no longer posted and would like to perform the fixes to update the trailer. The tongue repair is a no brainer and I got the the cross reinforcing and boxing the spring hangers. How are the additional outriggers attached and where? They're function? If someone has the photo's let me know and I'll contact you outside this forum. Paid $2500 for the trailer, everything works and it has a very soft roof and flooring in the front half needs to be replaced. I was checking the circuit on the courtesy lamps and popped a fuse. Where is the fuse panel for the 12 volt system...has anyone got an owners manual they could scan and send me? Thanx.

SL was the super-lite series, which was a bumper pull as well.

dont think any bumper pulls were SL -models, but agree that they were Super Light....I think bumper pull are FB 2300 (front bath), FS 2300 (front bed).
the SL 2805 and SL 3005 are 5th wheels

Yes WW did have BP SL's. The earlier ones had the issue with the tongues being to thin of steel and would bend up after a while. Gradually type thing.

Can anyone tell me if the WW 2100 (23') Superlite is having the same problems as the older ones? Should I stay away from all WW products? JH
