I have an 04 fs3000, been reading all the probs, I have inspected every part of my trailer and so far no issues whatsoever except the floor in front of the 1st swivel rocker is a little flimsy if you jump up and down, no sagging walls all compartment doors close good, frame and tongue look good. ?

i also have a 04 fs3000 and didnt have any issues with the tongue but my welder was out of work so I though i would have him do "the fix" for piece of mind.....had all the parts shop cut per "the fix" and they did not fit the angle was different so he modified the parts to add the support and gussets simmalar to the fix ....what i found out after was my frame was a erlyer frame that was bent and boxed at the transition from frame to tongue and the one shown on "the fix" was a welded connection...looking at it more i found my trailer was manifactured late 2002 and sold as 2004 and who knows when the frame was made and how long it sat before that....in short i think they changed frame design and/or manifacturers around the 2004 model....but realy like my trailer and have no major issues

The most recent tongue issue's discussed here were on the SuperLite pull trailers manufactured in 2005 sold in 2006 as 2006 models. I know that for sure. Not sure about any issue's on previous year trailers. If you do a search for WW re-calls or service notices I think there was something on the 04's but not sure if it was frame or tongue related.

D, that's a crack up [emoticon] when H freezes over on your post.

I agree, this post shouldn't be closed anythime soon as there still seems to be some here posting questions [emoticon]and buying used WW's.[emoticon]

Well after much research, and then some more research, a few visits and many laying on my back frame inspection, I bought the 06 WW FK2100 it will be inspected before I take delivery of the trailer, and then I will bring it to an outside inspection where, as long as it is truely straight, they will weld on the re enforcement to the tongue. a $300-$500 deal now, is much better then a $2000-$3000 down the road.

Love it so far, all 4 quads fit like a dream. it is in the shop right now getting the frame re inforced, $400, and while there I decided to have them roll the axles, or better said, re mount the axles with the springs on top giving me another 5 inches of clearance, and being I pull it with a lifted truck there will be no problem keeping level.

I have thought about flipping the axles on mine to get a little more ground clearance. Let us know how it tows after you get yours done.

What kind of quads do haul? I haul 2 full size sportsmans and they pretty much fill the space. I added another tie down point in the center of the kitchen floor for tieing down the front quad. Made things much easier and more secure.

I have a 2006 WW FS2300, did the repair shop use the suggested fix for your repair?

Slightly off topic, but I thought someone would appreciate it.

I discovered parts of the old Weekend Warrior web site are still out there.

My 07 SLC3905 is showing signs of pinbox cracking. The front closet floor is raising and the fiberglass around the pinbox is bowing. I was wondering if I should dig into this and repair it or is it covered under the class action?

Thanks in advance.
