Take a wheel bearing to NAPA or something like that. They will measure it and hook you up.

No matter what the service, no matter how hard I try, no matter what I do, my trailer is about 1000lb over claimed according to the new sticker WW sent me, and useless for its original intent.

Of course they're stoked to sell parts. What good would it do them to let them sit on the shelves and lose money? I'd be service oriented too if I had any in my garage. Are they even WW parts or are they for Dometic...?

SOL on warranty, BUT Warrior Lifestyle is a company started by former employees and they have a 500.00 coupon for service.

Maybe talk to the dealer you bought it from. We did regarding our fuel pump freezing up and they gave me the newpump for free. I had to install it but at least I saved the cost for the pump.

TH_NooB, as far as the factory warranty you are out of luck. If you purchased an extended warranty then that is between you and the company that you bought the policy from.

To bad I would be banned for saying what I really feel about this kind of excuse to get out of poor workmanship/quality.. You have the guts to stamp your name on it, but blame someone else for it's failure... It's not like it was their first dance and this was something new to them... Oh never mind it's the way business is done in the U.S. now.. Gotta live with it!!

I just wanted to say that the service manager at Warrior lifestyles is a savor. My insurance company said I had a manufactor defect and he proved them wrong. The insurance company said that my frame was bent do to a manufactor defect but when we took it to warrior lifestyles the service manger gave my adjuster a lesson in how trailers are built and what is a manufactor defect and what is not just because they say its a manufactors defect doesn't mean that it really is. Make sure you have it check out by someone who knows about your model trailer. I did.

Progressive declined part of my claim because I had water damage from a leaking hidden fitting. Since it apparently didn't happen suddenly, such as a water heater bursting.

Then in the middle of it, they noticed that my outer walls "appeared" to have ripples in the Gelcoat likely caused by water incursion from the roof and that i might not be able to get that covered if i don't properly seal the roof every year. Like they were looking for things to deny. My trailer has had the same ripples from the day I picked it up fresh from the factory, but the spineless repair shop estimator recanted everything we had talked about and agreed with whatever the adjuster said. I think it would have turned out much differently if I had taken it to Warrior Lifestyle.
