What funds in the settlement? This case didn't close before WW went under, so there are no "funds" to be claimed. We're on our own if we have to modify. The only tool we have are the Exhibits in the settlement to use as a template should we want to reinforce our units. I have an 06 FS2300 that has the thicker tongue, and with plenty of use I have no signs of bending or twisting. If something comes up I'll deal with it but with the use its had something would have happened by now if it was a build defect.

Isn't Zieman Manufacturing Co. a co-defendant? They are still in business.

The settlement information phone number and website are still up and running Contact (866)459-6003 or visit www.trailersettlement.com

Does anyone have an update on this settlement? The Settlement phone number and website are still up and running. However, I have not got any call back from the automated phone option.

With WW out of the settlement pot, I wonder if Zieman was held at least 50% liable for the
damages [emoticon]

At this time the thread is going to remain, it's not about the closing of WW but about the repairs that have been done. There are probably still many WW owners that are unaware and are now out on their own. If they can get some information from this thread that's great. When the time is right it will come down.

Sure - they're "out of business", but yet you can go to warriorlifestyles.com and go to sales and look at 2010 rigs. Nice. Probably just leftovers, but wasn't the bank supposed to get those? Hmmm...

I agree. We have some friends with a WW and they just found out this week they went out of buisness. I referenced this web site and post for more informatiom.
