If you could take as many pics as you can of all of the additional welding that was done (I know you just posted the support for the spring hangers, but any additional outrigger/tongue pictures will help - I have the class action diagrams, but no live pictures - especially for the same model trailer that I have! [emoticon]) Thanks!
Dan

How do we get a copy of the diagrams? I'd like to do these upgrades to mine. It has the outriggers but not the boxed spring hangers or cross bracing between the hanger supports. What was done to the tounge?

Thanks

Dale

I think your out of luck like the rest of us if they don't open back up it be out of pocket for repairs.I bought a extended agreement that is good for 5 years maybe that would work..

Got a question. Is there a list of the WW's models that are affected by the frame issues? I have the 2007 FSW2800. No problems with it, but am curious if this model had any problems with the frames.

In regards to the warranty, I took mine in a few weeks ago for some wiring issues and the dealer, A&M RV in Anchorage took care of it even knowing that WW wasn't honoring the warranty. So far they are standing behind it. The dealer told me that WW was establishing a fund to pay the warranties.

Thanks

I don't think any 2007s have frame problems.

I didn't here of any issue's on 2007's as well but when we took our trailer (2007 SL2805) for misc. repairs, without mentioning it to us, WW went ahead and added some bracing at the perimeter and down the center and repainted the hole frame. We noticed it when we went to pick it up and asked WW about and they said they were doing it on the trailers that came as a cautionary thing.

Joe you bought it from Giant, they are not the manufacturer nor do they have anything to do with the warranty. Giant is just the middle man in this case. They get paid by WW to do warranty work, but in this case WW is no longer around to pay them. You can fight all you want, but the dealer isn't going to pick up the tab. I'd keep your receipts and in the off chance that WW reorganizes you might be able to get a partial reimbursement, but I wouldn't hold your breath.

Thanks guys. I still like the idea of boxing in the hangers and running the cross bracing. A good winter project and i do believe winter is really close!
